Cam-Shaft Casts a Matte Shade Over Ferrari F12berlinetta

The shade-shifters over at Cam-Shaft have struck again with a new project based on the V12-powered Ferrari F12berlinetta that gains a foil wrap in a new shade dubbed "Titanium Matt Metallic".

According to the German firm, the cost to wrap the outer body of the Italian exotic is €3,100 (about US$4,050 or £2,650 at today's exchange rates), while if you want to go the whole nine yards, Cam-Shaft will apply the same foil on the door surrounds for an extra €800 (approximately US$1,050 or £680) and will powder coat the Ferrari's rims in the same shade for another €800.

Ferrari 458 Italia Spotting: Cool Color or Uncool Photoshop Trickery?

We love us some unique shades on special cars – painted, foil wrapped or even photoshopped, just as long as we are aware of what it is that are we are looking at.

This picture of a Ferrari 458 Italia coupe seemingly dressed in a tinted, chromed-eggplant-like shade was reportedly shot by a member of the Autogespot forums named "Königsallee Chilla" in Dusseldorf, Germany, and was shared by the site's moderators on their Facebook page with the title "Wow! This will get you dizzy!".

Ferrari 275 GTB’s at Spa-Francorchamps

While attending a race event at the historic and legendary Spa-Francorchamps race track in Belgium, Superlennyo on YouTube was able to film a selection of unique Ferrari 275 GTB’s in attendance at the event.

The following video showcases the original Ferrari 275 GTB, two Ferrari 275 GTB 2s, a Ferrari 275 GTB/4 and a Ferrari 275 GTB/C. While these cars obviously aren’t as fast as those currently produced by Ferrari, their exhaust notes are still extremely special!

Lamborghini, Ferrari and Other Luxury Cars go up in Flames on Thai Trailer [w/Video]

Here's a story that's being making the news rounds in Thailand today, and all for good reason, because, while it's not uncommon for exotic supercars to catch fire on the road individually, having four of them turned into useless scrap metal on a transport trailer is a rare occasion, to say the least.

Yet it happened on a road in the resort district of Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, in Thailand when a fire that is said to have started on a BMW, which spread on a Lamborghini Mucilageo and then onto a Ferrari F430 and a Bentley Continental. A motorist from the opposite lane purportedly alerted the driver of the truck about the fire.
